These terms govern orders placed with FGD Wheels ("we", "us", "our") for custom forged wheels. By placing an order you accept these terms. They are a summary for clarity; the confirmed proforma invoice and drawing approval govern each specific order.

1. Products

All FGD wheels are one-piece forged 6061-T6 aluminum monoblocks, built to order to your specified fitment. Product images show representative finishes and designs; minor variation in machining marks or anodizing tone is normal for forged product.

2. Minimum Order Quantity

The minimum order is 4 pieces (one set for a single pickup truck). Dealer and distributor pricing applies at 10+ sets.

3. Pricing and Quotations

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are ex-works / FOB Shanghai unless a delivered price is agreed in writing. Tooling and one-off engineering may carry a separate charge, stated on the quote.

4. Payment Terms

Production begins after drawing approval and receipt of the agreed deposit (typically 30–50%). The balance is due before shipment. We accept bank wire and agreed third-party payment methods.

5. Production and Lead Time

Standard lead time is 30–35 workdays after drawing approval and full payment, plus transit time by sea or air freight. Custom engineering or peak-season volume may extend this; any change is confirmed before production starts.

6. Shipping and Risk

Risk of loss passes per the agreed Incoterms (typically FOB or CIF). Buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in the destination country. We pack for international ocean freight and insure goods to the agreed value.

7. Intellectual Property

The FGD Wheels name, logos, and designs are our property. Under OEM and private-label programs, rights to co-branded designs are defined in the separate OEM agreement. Buyers may not reproduce or resell our designs as their own.

8. Warranty

Wheels carry a 5-year structural warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover impact damage, misuse, improper installation, or finish wear from harsh environments. Claims require proof of purchase and photos; remedy is repair or replacement at our discretion.

9. Limitations of Liability

Our liability is limited to the replacement value of the affected wheels. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including labor, freight, or vehicle damage arising from installation or use.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are resolved by negotiation, then by arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction in Shanghai, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
